Ground Floor:
A semi-enclosed spiral staircase, white with a splash of primary red, dominates the entrance and welcomes you. is singular architectural structure is a piece of art in itself and divides the living room from the dining room and kitchen. Natural light floods the space through the large sliding glass doors which make up most of the external wall, giving spectacular views across the hills. e sit- ting room displays a modern white sofa and a large TV, to provide comfort and entertaining for leisurely afternoons or evenings. The dining area features a generous designer table as well as a sculpture bar. The kitchen is stylishly designed in striking black to contrast with the rest of the space. A guest bathroom completes this floor. The property offers many areas in which to enjoy a freshly made meal, drinks before dinner or a summer lunch with friends and family.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
From the living room guests can access the alfresco dining area through large sliding glass doors. The pool extends further down the garden for a full 26 meters in length – having both a deep and a shallow end, it is perfect to either enjoy a vigorous swim or just leisurely dipping. The stunning pool is decked in white stone, sun-beds and umbrellas are provided for total relaxation during long summer afternoons.

On a separate level from the pool, there is another sitting area next to the ping-pong table where lovely white canvas tents offer plenty of shade.

Take a stroll or rent a bicycle and ride on its ancient walls and through the town past famous monuments, several churches and the Guinigi Tower, which has trees planted at the top. North of Lucca, the famous Garfagnana Valley extends for miles, a splendid natural vista of mountains and hills. Along the way, stop at the famous "Devil's Bridge"—legend says the Devil himself has visited this spot. A huge Halloween celebration is held here every year. In Pisa, the famous Leaning Tower awaits. Some say it is one of the wonders of the world, and all agree that a sight of the Leaning Tower is a must for all those coming Italy.
