All bedrooms have A/C, and all bathrooms are provided with hair dryers

Ground Floor (Main Villa): Reception area with dining space with open fireplace and sitting area. Well-equipped kitchen with professional 6-ring gas hob and electric oven.

Large, asymmetrical infinity-edge pool (7 x 21 m) with whirlpool bath. Large, covered pizza-oven area and portable barbecue. Loggia with sun beds, deckchairs, and sun umbrellas. The pool, loggia, and garden are lit at night. A separate annex, seating over 60 guests, has a spacious sitting/living/dining area suitable for celebrations, receptions, and yoga or gym activities; features fireplace and guest bathroom.

Villa Etrusca is perfect for large gatherings. It is spacious with high ceilings and an airy atmosphere. Restored to its original Tuscan form and beauty, the interiors have an Etruscan inspired theme. Approximately 20 minutes away from the villa, there is an 18-hole international golf course at Castelfalfi; horseback riding and a tennis club can be found only 10 minutes away.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
