LIVING SPACES
The warm and inviting interiors are true to the original architecture using materials such as cotto floors, exposed beamed ceilings and local stone. The sitting room, with large plush sofas, is surrounded by French doors allowing the warm light to infuse the whole space. The neutral colors’ palette, the contemporary furniture, and the fireplace – the room’s focal point – deliver a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
The streamlined kitchen boasts an expensive travertine marble countertop, and it is fully equipped allowing you to prepare delicious meals using fresh produce bought during your local trips.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The panoramic setting of the property, surrounded by rolling hills, is further enhanced by the private terracotta-decked swimming pool, an understated elegant alfresco dining area under the porch, and a pergola. The outdoor furnished living areas are the ideal spot to while away the hours, in style.

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
